Blistex addresses lip-related symptoms resulting from colds, flu and allergies with its latest treatment launch. Blistex Cold & Allergy Lip Soother is said to alleviate lip discomfort while moisturizing dry, chapped lips.
The lip treatment is formulated with pramoxine HCl, an analgesic that alleviates sensitivity to lip soreness, pain and itchiness. Also incorporated is dimethicone to prevent moisture loss and protect lips. Glycerin, lanolin and sunflower seed oil help moisturize lips. Similarly, vitamins C and E, chamomile, green tea, honey and elderberry are included to comfort irritated lips.
