Fresh has introduced a body care collection that centers around seaberry (seabuckthorn) oil. The company's co-founder Lev Glazman stumbled upon the healing properties of the oil during a visit to East Siberia, where the oil was used to treat a burn on his skin.
The Seaberry collection debuted with a body cream and an exfoliating soap. Both products are formulated with seabuckthorn oil, which is said to restore, protect and soften skin due to its omega 7 and 9 content.
The Seaberry Restorative Body Cream is an moisturizing treatment designed to calm and relieve irritation. To maintain the skin's elasticity and smoothness, the cream contains vitamin E and cranberry seed oil, which is comprised of omega 3, 6 and 9. Also included in the product is sea lavender to soothe and calm dry skin. Finally, the formulation contains the jojoba seed oil, apricot kernel seed oil and sal seed butter to hydrate skin.
