At In-Cosmetics in Barcelona, Lipotec will introduce its nutricosmetic/cosmetic antiwrinkle concept, In & Out, which combines an oral collagen booster with a topical collagen booster. The company’s nutricosmetic brand, Insidetec, has recently launched Invertage, a combination of fish hydrolyzed collagen, a powder form of Oenothera biennis (evening primrose) oil, Lycoperisicon Esculentum (tomato) extract (lycopene), α-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E acetate), Punica granatum (pomegranate) extract and Tagetes Erecta (marigold) extract (lutein). The content of these pearly purple capsules is based on the Mediterranean diet, and these ingredients were shown to promote collagen synthesis to repair damaged tissue and restore skin barrier function.

The company recommends combining this oral anti-aging supplement with Trylagen (INCI: Water (aqua) (and) Pseudoalteromonas Ferment Extract (and) Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein (and) Hydrolyzed Soy Protein (and) Tripeptide-10 Citrulline (and) Tripeptide-1 (and) Lecithin (and) Xanthan Gum (and) Carbomer (and) Triethanolamine (and) Caprylyl Glycol), its anti-aging active that boosts collagen, controls collagen fibril diameter and spacing, ensures collagen network organization and inhibits collagen degradation and glycation. These two collagen-boosting effects are said to lead to a reduced appearance of wrinkles.
