Consumer demand for natural ingredients in personal care continues to rise—as a reponse, Alban Muller launched its Amiporine ER (INCI: Glycerin (and) Punica Granatum Fruit Extract) and Padinami (INCI: Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil (and) Padina Pavonica Thallus Extract).
The two actives have a number of benefits including moisturizing and anti-aging. Together, the ingredients offer hydration to rejuvenate the skin’s appearance while at the same time firming and regenerating the skin.
Amiporine ER is a purified pomegranate extract, which was tested in three in vitro tests and one ex vivo test for efficacy. This active can be utilized in products for mature, dry or dehydrated skin in addition to radiant skin care or after-sun products.
Padinami is a purified brown seaweed extract from the Mediterranean Sea stabilized in jojoba oil. The moisturizing, firming and plumping cosmetic active was developed for mature skin. In vitro and ex vivo tests proved that the ingredient stimulates natural synthesis of hyaluronic acid and collagens to improve skin quality.
