Procedure: Heat A to 78°C under stirring until completely dissolved. Disperse B into A. Heat C to 78°C. Emulsify B into A under stirring. Homogenize for 1-2 min. Cool to 30°C under stirring. Adjust pH to 5.0-5.4.
