Procedure: Add A to main kettle. Combine B in a beaker and hand mix at 20-25°C for 2-3 minutes or until fully dispersed. Do not aerate. Add B to A with prop mixer at medium speed and at 20-30°C. Mix  until the solution is free of solids. Do not aerate. Heat AB to 85-90C with prop mixer at low speed. Hold at 85-90°C for a minimum of 5 minutes. Start to cool AB to 50-60°C. Combine C materials in order in a separate beaker with prop mixer at high speed and 20-25°C. Mix for 5-10 minutes. Check pH and adjust to 5.5-6.5 with D. Add CD to AB with prop mixer at medium speed and at 50-60°C. Mix for 3-5 min. Do not aerate. Add E in order with prop mixing at low speed and at 50-60°C.  Increase to medium speed as the solution starts to build viscosity. Mix for 3-6 minutes or until batch is homogenous. In a separate beaker, combine F with a high shear mixer at high speed and at 20-25°C for 1 min. Add F to batch with prop mixer at medium speed for 3-5 minutes or until batch is homogenous. Do not aerate. Add G to batch with prop mixer at medium speed and at 25-30°C for 3-5 minutes or until batch is homogenous. Do not aerate. Add H to batch  with prop mixer at medium speed and at 25-30°C for 3-5 minutes or until batch is homogenous. Do not aerate.
