Procedure: Combine A in main vessel. Mix with medium prop agitation while heating. In side vessel combine B. Add B to main vessel at 60°C. Start homogenizing (6000-7000rpm). (C) Combine C with ribbon mixer until pigments are thoroughly combined. Add C to main vessel. When temperature is 55°C - 60°C, add D. Continue mixing with homogenizer until 50°C or until it builds viscosity. Start sweep mixing and cooling. At 45°C add E with any water loss through evaporation. Continue mixing and cooling. Shut down at 32°C.pH: 6.5.
