Cosmetics brand Too Faced is bringing lipstick back to its lineup. The absence of lipstick within the brand has lasted nearly six years, a period that will end reportedly because of the return of retro glamour.
According to the company's execs, lip glosses have pushed lipsticks into the shadows over the past few years. However, many believe that lipsticks are making a triumphant return.
