Procedure: To main vessel, add A in order with mixing. Heat to 75-80°C. In a separate vessel, combine B and heat with mixing to 77-82°C. When B is above 50°C, add C to B in order. Mix to uniformity at 77-82°C. Add BC to A with continuous mixing. Maintain at 75-80°C for 20-25 min. With continued mixing, cool batch to RT. Slowly add D to batch at 30°C. When uniform, adjust final pH to 3.5-4.0 with E. Continue mixing until batch is uniform.
