Procedure: Pour A in main tank and add B to A. Start stirring and heating. In a separate tank, prepare C. Add C to AB. Heat to 75°C. In a separate tank, heat D under slow stirring to approx 75-80°C. Add to batch slowly (over 10 min) into the vortex. Stir vigorously for 15 min. at 75°C, then begin cooling and decrease the stirring speed. Add E to batch at approx 40°C. Add F into the emulsion and continue stirring up to 30°C to obtain a smooth emulsion. Add water if necessary. Note: Mixer is used for stirring. Do not homogenize.
