Preservative	qs
Polyquaternium-7 (Salcare SC11, Ciba Specialty Chemicals)	0.50
C.
Dimethylacrylamide/ethyltrimonium chloride methacrylate copolymer (and) propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate (and) PPG-1 trideceth-6 (and) C10-C11 isoparaffin (Tinovis CD, Ciba Specialty Chemicals)	2.00
D.
Trimethylsiloxyphenyl dimethicone (Wacker-Belsil PDM 1000, Wacker-Chemie)	0.50
E.
Triethanolamine (Triethanolamine, Fisher Scientific)	qs

Procedure: Add A to main vessel and begin moderate agitation. Add B individually and mix until homogenous after each addition. Add C to batch and mix well until homogenous. Add D and E and mix well until homogenous.
