PVP (Luviskol K 30, BASF)	2.00

Polyquaternium 11 (Triquat 11N-CC, Kemira)	4.00
DL Panthenol (DL Panthenol, Kemira)	0.50
G.
Propylene glycol (and) diazolidinyl urea (and) methylparaben (and) propylparaben (Tristat D2, Kemira)	1.00
H.
Hyrolyzed wheat protein (Wheat-tein NL, Kemira)	0.50
Hydrolyzed keratin (Kera-tein V, Kemira)	1.00

Procedure: Disperse B in A. Once hydrated, add C to AB and mix until uniform gel is obtained. Separately, dissolve E in D. When dissolved, add F to DE. Mix well. Add DEF to ABC. Mix until uniform gel is formed. Add G and H individually to batch. Mix until uniform.
